Biography
Ken Dalgarno is a self-taught Canadian artist and photographer from Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Saskatchewan in 1986.
Dalgarno has exhibited in group and solo shows across Western Canada, North Dakota, South Dakota and Montana. His paintings are in private and public collections across Canada, the United States, South Africa and Italy. Dalgarno has received support for his work both from the Canada Council of the Arts and the Saskatchewan Arts Board. ‘Sculpted Landscapes’ is currently touring Saskatchewan via the Organization of Saskatchewan Arts Councils and North Dakota via the North Dakota Art Gallery Association.
“The Crooked Trees of Alticane” begins touring in 2010.
